These Terms govern your use of Amc2Aime (operating the website at amc2aime.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Amc2Aime is an AI-coached math contest training platform. We provide:
- Mock contests for AMC 8, AMC 10, AMC 12, AIME, Gauss 7/8.
- Knowledge-point drills curated from a practice question bank.
- AI-generated review (alternative solutions, error-mode diagnosis, Socratic follow-ups, variant problems) delivered by the "Leon / Lisa" coach personas.
- Personal history, mastery insights, and bookmarks.
Amc2Aime is provided as-is in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required for digital consent in your country) to create an account on your own. Younger users may use Amc2Aime only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
- One account per person. Account credentials are personal — do not share or resell access.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape or bulk-extract questions, solutions, or any content from the API or rendered pages.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of Amc2Aime's backend.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other non-human means to interact with the AI coach or consume questions in volumes inconsistent with ordinary individual study.
- Resell, sublicense, or repackage Amc2Aime content or AI output to third parties.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility for free or paid tiers.
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate others through any communication features.
- Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, violating intellectual property rights, or harmful to minors.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 Practice and mock-contest problems
All practice problems and mock-contest papers presented on Amc2Aime are original content created and curated by Amc2Aime. The mock papers are organized by year and modeled on the format, length, and difficulty profile of AMC, AIME, and Gauss contests, but they do not reproduce the official problems published by those contest organizations.
4.2 Trademarks and affiliation
"AMC", "AIME", and "Gauss" are trademarks of their respective owners (the Mathematical Association of America for AMC and AIME; the Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing at the University of Waterloo for the Gauss contest). Amc2Aime is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organizations. These names are used solely to identify the contest formats that our original practice content is modeled after.
4.3 The Amc2Aime platform
Amc2Aime's practice content, AI-generated reviews, question delivery platform, design, and source materials are licensed to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual learning use only. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sublicense, or use them to train any machine learning model.
4.4 Your submissions
You retain ownership of your account information and the answers you submit. By using Amc2Aime, you grant us a limited license to process and display this content as needed to provide the service (for example, showing your past attempts back to you in the History page, or including your answer in an AI prompt to generate a Socratic follow-up).
5. AI-generated content
The AI coach is built on top of large language models. Its output may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Treat AI-generated solutions and explanations as a study aid rather than authoritative answers. Always verify against the official solution provided in Layer 1 of the review.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Amc2Aime may offer paid subscription tiers in the future. When activated:
- Subscription terms (price, billing cycle, included features) will be presented at the point of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period.
- Free-tier limits (e.g., daily question quota, AI review depth) are subject to change.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, except where mandated by applicable consumer-protection law.
7. Service availability and disclaimers
- Amc2Aime is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, accuracy of any score, or any specific learning outcome.
- Practice on Amc2Aime is not a substitute for official contest registration with the MAA, CEMC, or other contest organizations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amc2Aime and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed contest deadlines, or perceived score impacts. Aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may stop using Amc2Aime and delete your account at any time by emailing the address below. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the AI coach, or threaten the integrity of the service. We will give reasonable notice except in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or legal compulsion.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced on the site and, when feasible, by email. The "Effective" date above will be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will first be addressed informally by emailing the address below; only if that fails will the parties resort to formal proceedings.
